The Brewster Inn offers occasional fine dining events which feature the culinary skills of our guest chef Angela Kelby. Enjoy a delicious multi-course gourmet dinner, with fine wine, in our lovely dining room. Our special event dining includes selections such as: Beef Tenderloin Au Poivre, Brie En Croute and Molten Chocolate Cake. A Foodie's delight!

Camarones are Shrimp / Escabeche is marinated in an acidic mixture / marinated cooked shrimp served cold over lettuce)
Ceviche is citrus marinated fish served cold / Jicama is a root vegetable
Hearts of Palm is the inner core of the palm tree
Escabeche is marinated in an acidic mixture
Chimichurri is a spicy grilling sauce
flan is a baked custard topped with a caramel sauce

Dear Mark and judith,
We just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed your first catered affair. It was very refreshing to attend an event featuring local wines, as opposed to the usual selections, that added local charm to the evening. The food was also very good...our hat's off to the caterer! It was a a wonderfil oppurtunity to mix and mingle with all the other guests, who seemed to share our love of fine food and wine. We are looking forward to the next dinner, and can't wait to see how you top the experience we already had.
